Yes – absolutely. Our PetPro range is specifically designed for dogs and other pets. It uses a PU backing that reduces odour absorption and makes cleaning easier. It’s soft under paw, durable, and hygienic when installed with proper drainage.

Yes. Every ZeroMow installation includes a 100mm MOT Type 1 sub-base and grano dust levelling layer, which allows for excellent water drainage. This keeps your lawn dry, clean, and usable year-round.

Artificial grass can become warm in direct sunlight, especially on very hot days. We recommend spraying the surface with water to cool it before use, particularly for pets and young children.

Weeds are greatly reduced when installed correctly. At ZeroMow, we only install with a professional-grade sub-base and weed membrane, which dramatically reduces growth. Any occasional weeds are usually airborne seeds that can be removed easily.

Yes – as long as it’s installed correctly. A properly specified and compacted sub-base is the heart of a long-lasting installation. We take this part seriously, and it’s what sets ZeroMow apart from budget installers.

With proper installation and care, your artificial lawn can last 10–15 years. All ZeroMow products come with a 10-year manufacturer warranty and a 2-year labour guarantee.

We can usually proceed with groundworks, but we will delay the final laying of the grass if the weather is too wet. This ensures the best adhesion and finish. We’ll return to install the surface once conditions are dry.

Definitely. Our lawns are soft, mud-free, and chemical-free, making them perfect for kids’ play areas. They’re also cleaner and safer than many natural lawns, especially in wet conditions.
